MISSION

The Behind Closed Gloves Initiative advances LGBTQ visibility, equity, and well being in sports. Through community centered programming, panel discussions, storytelling workshops, and strategic partnerships across Orange County and Los Angeles County. The initiative fosters inclusive dialogue, supports identity affirmation, and strengthens a culture of belonging within athletic spaces.
